📦 Return Eligibility
  • You may return your product within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
  • We only accept returns if they are defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email).
  • In the case of an e-bike, it may only be returned if it has logged fewer than 15 kilometres as measured on the bike display
  • All parts, manuals, battery, keys and any accessories are returned. No partial returns and refunds will be considered
  • The Golf Bike reserves the right to either refuse a refund and return the product to the customer or make a fair adjustment to the quantum of the refund if these terms and conditions have not been fulfilled
  • Treating customers fairly is an overriding principle in processing sales and refunds and as such The Golf Bike Limited will strive to be fair and reasonable in dealing with all requests for a refund

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@thegolfbike.co.nz.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at info@thegolfbike.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
💰 Refunds
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
  • Products showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
  • Items returned outside the 7-day window
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
