Return Eligibility
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email).
For e-bikes, returns are accepted only if they have logged fewer than 15 kilometres (as measured on the bike display).
All parts, manuals, batteries, keys, and accessories must be included. No partial returns or refunds will be considered.
The Golf Bike reserves the right to refuse a refund or adjust the refund amount if any of the above conditions are not met.
We are committed to fairness and will handle refund requests reasonably and in good faith.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at info@thegolfbike.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping.
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
